Renato has wide experience in dealing with financial disputes within divorce proceedings and following cohabitation, and in complex private law children’s cases. He is a member of Resolution and a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

I specialise in dealing with complex trust issues and advising trustees on their duties and liability issues. In addition I provide capital tax planning advice to high net worth individuals, regularly advising on succession planning, family governance protocols, complex will drafting and on trust formation and restructuring, in particular acting on behalf of trusts where the only or main asset consists of shareholdings in private family companies.

I am also a member of the dedicated contentious trust team and in this context have experience advising on hostile multi million pound trust proceedings, applications for Beddoe relief and have also been involved in Variation of Trust applications.
