Each entry is scored using defined, auditable criteria (e.g. client feedback, innovation, sustainability. Judges submit individual scores per category with written rationales and feedback.

Winners are selected on data, not influence
90% weight: Panel of expert private wealth judges
10% weight: Online public vote
Every judge completes a standard scoring sheet and will provide feedback.
