Individual Categories
- Please provide the name of the person you are submitting.
- Please provide the company of the person you are submitting.
- Please provide their email address
- Please provide a short bio, including relevant qualifications. Max 150 words
- Tell us why the past 12 months was outstanding for you. Examples can include business growth, leadership, and contribution to the industry. Include metrics. Max 500 words
- Key growth statistics for your business or department. Max 500 words
- Describe your leadership style and vision. Max 300 words
- Outside of the day job, tell us about your involvement with charities and CSR work. Max 300 words
- Lastly, please provide a supporting quote from a senior person within the organization. Max 200 words
- If you wish to provide supporting information, please upload. A max of 2 sides A4 is permitted.
- We’d love to share the news via our social media channels. Please provide your Twitter, LinkedIn or other social media handles. Optional

All submissions are subject to an entry fee, this must be paid before entries will be submitted to judges for review.
