Hawksford appoints David Titcombe as COO in Cayman
Hawksford has appointed a COO with twenty-five years’ financial services experience to lead its Cayman Islands office.
Before joining Hawksford, Titcombe was managing director of Jencap Advisors for two years and, prior to this, he was managing director of Barclays Private Bank and Trust (Cayman) Limited. He has also held senior roles in the Isle of Man, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands for a number of banks and trust companies, including Coutts, Butterfield Bank and Ansbacher.
Hawksford was granted a Trust Licence by The Cayman Islands Regulatory Authority in September 2015.
With more than 25 years of international financial services experience, Titcombe is highly regarded in the fields of Cayman trust services, private wealth management, and corporate structuring. His career includes senior roles with Barclays Private Bank & Trust (Cayman) Limited, Coutts, Butterfield Bank and Ansbacher across the Isle of Man, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. Most recently, he was Managing Director at Jencap Advisors, where he focused on high-net-worth client advisory and fiduciary services.
In his new role at Hawksford, Titcombe was appointed to lead and expand the Cayman operation, following the company’s receipt of a full Trust Licence from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. His responsibilities include developing bespoke private client solutions, growing the fiduciary team, and enhancing Hawksford’s presence as a leading provider of Cayman trust and company management services.
A qualified Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries (ACIS) and Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP), Titcombe’s appointment underlines Hawksford’s strategy to expand its international reach and deliver world-class wealth planning, estate management and corporate administration services across key global markets.
