Peter Goddard is a former barrister with over 30 years of experience in the international trust sector, specialising in complex trusts litigation, asset recovery, and the management of distressed trusts. His expertise extends to overseeing significant operating businesses within trust structures and developing innovative philanthropic programs. He has built a career on cooperative relationships with high-net-worth individuals, offering personalised trust and administration services globally.

Peter previously held leadership roles at Maples Group, Forbes Hare Trust Company, and McGuireWoods LLP. He was also Managing Director at ATC Trust Group’s offices across multiple regions. Peter is a Who‘s Who Legal ‘Thought Leader‘ and the exclusive recipient of the 2024 Lexology Client Choice Award for Private Client Trust & Advisory Services in the Cayman Islands. He is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
