Peter Goddard brings over 30 years of experience in the international trust sector. A former barrister, he specialises in innovative philanthropic programmes, complex trust litigation, and asset recovery, offering a conscientious and personalised service to high-net-worth individuals, their families, and advisors.

Peter founded IMG Trust with Maxine Bodden Robinson in 2022. IMG is a boutique trustee specialising in contentious trusts, philanthropy, and complex trust structures.

Peter has held leadership roles at several organisations, including the Maples Group and Forbes Hare Trust Company. 

He is a 2024 Lexology Client Choice Award winner, Citywealth Top 75 Trustee, and is ranked in the Chambers HNW Guide 2024.
