Vanda Scaravelli’s intuitive Yoga Philosophy
Come and join in Sicily, where you can deepen and refine your individual Yoga experience. Following your instinct while I guide you deeper into a gentle practice.

With each breath, we invite life to gently flow through our entire being. As it moves within us, we bring light and awareness to the heart space, the ribcage, the hips, the lower back, the skull, the jaw, and the spine—touching every part of our body with mindful presence. In this sacred journey inward, we reconnect with the deep, innate wisdom held within our anatomy, awakening our natural capacity to heal, restore, and come home to ourselves.
My teachings, are tailored to everyone’s individual needs, and are suitable for both beginners and advanced students. You create your own individual practice following your own instinct. I sometimes incorporate elements from my experience as a craniosacral therapist. The beautiful surroundings in the Nebrodi Mountains, on the north coast of Sicily. The harmonious lessons in small groups (max. 10 participants) offer space to deepen your own daily yoga and meditation practice.
In the afternoon we have time to immerse ourselves in the alluring nature, exploring the surrounding landscape and the legendary Sicilian coast. During walks and excursions together, we can visit one of the historical sites, or withdraw to internalize our newfound transformative experiences. To flow into greater presence during the shared asana practice in the evening.
The lessons are taught in English. With German translation, if necessary.

Wangechi Mutu – Black soil poems
The Kenyan-American artist is the first living woman artist to present a solo exhibition at Galleria Borghese. Taking over the entirety of the museum’s extraordinary 17th century architecture and gardens, her show reimagines the museum through suspended forms, radical spatial gestures, and new mythologies.
