Tell Citywealth readers a bit about your role.
I am the co-founder and CEO of Cadro. I co-created the firm, its modern approach and all aspects of the strategy, which I now make sure gets implemented.
What does a typical day look like for you?
There are not that many typical days. I love working with the firm’s clients, networking to promote the business and working with the team. I get stuck in with many angles of the business, from technology to content generation and investor relations.
Tell us about some recent, interesting client instructions/requests you have received.
We have recently won investment portfolio mandates from several newly exited entrepreneurs, all below 45. I work with them a lot personally as they chart their strategy and plan the future development of their overall balance sheet.
Increasingly clients are choosing to add private markets to their portfolios and we are getting new mandates accordingly.
What challenges do your clients face and how are you helping your clients to overcome them?
Clients are investing for the long term yet everyone is very uncertain what the world will actually look like in the long term. With the developments in technology, medicine and huge demographic changes, it is harder and harder to future proof investment portfolios.
What is your proudest professional achievement?
Winning “Gamechanger of the Year’ by Citywealth in 2025
What do you consider to be the most important attributes for a leader?
Discipline, thoughtfulness and simply being brave.
Who do you most admire and why?
Barak Obama is my absolute hero. He found the time to be kind and thoughtful in very high stress situations.
Where was the last place you travelled to for work or pleasure?
I have just come back from a week in Croatia with friends. Great food and wine, and wonderful swimming in the sea.
If you weren’t in this industry, what else might you be doing?
I would love to be a journalist.
How do you relax after a long day?
Recently I have taken up golf, and find it super relaxing as my mind has to focus a lot enabling me to forget about work.
