Tell Citywealth readers a bit about your role.
I am a founding partner of AFP Bloom, a boutique family law firm specialising in complex disputes. I advise entrepreneurs, business owners and high net worth individuals through some of the most significant moments of their lives.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Tell us about some recent, interesting client instructions/requests you have received. My clients are always interesting! Their lives are complicated, their businesses are sophisticated and their needs are exacting. I love that about them.
What challenges do your clients face and how are you helping your clients to overcome them?
Because divorce is emotional, we have to help them see the wood from the trees. To bring strategy and calm, when everything else feels a bit chaotic.
What is your proudest professional achievement?
Building a law firm that talented people genuinely want to be a part of.
What do you consider to be the most important attributes for a leader?
Availability. Accessibility. Trust. People need to know you’ll make the difficult decisions and they’ll always know where they stand with you.
Who do you most admire and why?
The quiet ones. The people who are successful without needing everyone to know about it.
Where was the last place you travelled to for work or pleasure?
A 12 hour round trip to Palma.
