Maxine Bodden Robinson is the founder of IMG Trust Company and IMG Law in the Cayman Islands. A private client lawyer and professional trustee, she advises international families and their advisers on the establishment, administration and evolution of trusts and private trust companies.
Her work brings together legal advice and practical trustee experience, particularly where families, assets and beneficiaries span several jurisdictions. She has a strong interest in how trust structures can support succession, governance and continuity across generations.
A former Chair of STEP Cayman, Maxine has contributed to the development of Cayman Islands trust and private client legislation. She is recognised as a Band 1 individual by Chambers High Net Worth and has been named among Citywealth’s Top 75 Trustees for the past 2 years.
