On Thursday 8th October for an exceptional evening celebrating the heritage of Ballindalloch Estate, pairing its renowned single malt whisky with the finest Aberdeen Angus beef for an intimate dining experience.
An Evening of Whisky, Heritage & Exceptional Dining
Marking the 150th anniversary of the first Aberdeen Angus Herd Book, we are delighted to welcome Guy Macpherson-Grant, owner of Ballindalloch Estate, for an exclusive evening exploring the estate’s remarkable heritage, its enduring connection to Aberdeen Angus and its celebrated whisky-making tradition.
Guests will arrive from 6.30pm for a welcome drinks reception, followed by a seated dinner at 7pm, with Aberdeen Angus taking centre stage.
The evening will include:
- A specially curated menu showcasing Aberdeen Angus beef, paired with a selection of Ballindalloch single malt whiskies.
- An exclusive tasting of Ballindalloch’s limited-edition 150th Anniversary bottling, distinguished by its iconic black label.
- An introduction from Guy Macpherson-Grant, offering an insight into the estate’s heritage, its connection to Aberdeen Angus and the craft behind its whiskies.
- A selection of Ballindalloch whiskies, including ‘The Castle’, a fitting expression of the estate’s history and character.
