With more than 25 years of experience and over 130 exhibitions across the Americas, Europe and Asia, Amador Montes has established himself as a recognised figure in the Mexican contemporary art scene. His distinctive visual language now meets Franck Muller’s watchmaking expertise in a collaboration shaped by creativity, emotion and craftsmanship.

For this collaboration, Franck Muller and Amador Montes brought some of the most representative elements of their artistic universe directly onto the dial. The recurring crane fly motif inspired the design of the hands, while the camel-coloured, micro-blasted dial incorporates illustrations and personal references from the artist. A pink crown introduces another signature colour from his work, creating a composition that is both personal and immediately recognisable.

The Vanguard Slim Amador Montes is available in rose gold and stainless steel. The watch is available 35 mm and 41mm and is accompanied by two interchangeable straps, one pink and one camel. A special presentation box designed by Franck Muller and Amador Montes extends their artistic universe beyond the watch itself.

Each Vanguard Slim Amador Montes timepiece is brought to life through the meticulous work of Franck Muller’s watchmakers, who assemble and adjust every component with exceptional precision. This dedication to detail reflects the very essence of Haute Horlogerie, where technical mastery, patience and craftsmanship come together to create a watch of remarkable character and refinement.

At the heart of the Vanguard Slim Amador Montes, an-house automatic movement complements the timepiece. Its self-winding mechanism draws energy from the natural movement of the wrist, combining mechanical precision with Franck Muller’s watchmaking expertise and technical mastery.

Renowned for its grand complications and innovative approach to watchmaking, Franck Muller has continually pushed the boundaries of Haute Horlogerie. From movements to cases and dials, each creation reflects the expertise of the brand’s engineers, artisans and master watchmakers, bringing together technical mastery, creativity and distinctive design.

The Vanguard Slim Amador Montes is offered in four variants: stainless steel in 41 mm, limited to 30 pieces, 18k rose gold in 41 mm limited to 10 pieces, stainless steel in 35 mm limited to 10 pieces and rose gold in 35 mm limited to 10 pieces
