Carol acts an Independent Chief Investment Officer to Single Family Offices globally. Pepper International consults with families to set up and improve their Family Offices. Carol is an Expert in Social Impact Investing for global families.

She is a member of the Advisory Committee for the United Nations Capital Development Fund, and a Board Member of NASDAQ listed Fintech Company Cuentas. She is the Founder of Family Office Bootcamp, an online education site, and Family Office Carbon, which helps families create Carbon Credits from agricultural and forestry lands.
