From Michelin-starred dining by British chef Glynn Purnell to tennis sessions hosted by former World No. 1 Angelique Kerber, The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort has unveiled its Easter 2026 programme, bringing together a week of elevated family experiences set within the Dhaalu Atoll.

Running from late March through early April, Easter at the resort is designed to appeal to multi-generational travellers, combining guest-led events, island adventures and relaxed moments that encourage time spent together. The programme combines sport, dining, wellness and nature, offering a sense of celebration without formality.
The surrounding marine environment shapes much of the experience. Families are invited to participate in coral frame adoption and planting initiatives, providing a meaningful introduction to reef conservation while supporting the island’s ecosystem. Dolphin cruises across the lagoon and sunset fishing excursions offer shared time on the water, while younger guests can take part in introductory scuba diving sessions led by certified instructors, designed to build confidence and curiosity beneath the surface.
Easter is also marked by a series of hosted experiences led by internationally recognised figures. From March 29–31, 2026, Angelique Kerber brings her expertise to the resort through tennis sessions focused on technique, movement and performance, welcoming guests of all ages and abilities. From April 3–6, Michelin-starred British chef Glynn Purnell presents a programme of dining experiences, including wine-led dinners, hands-on cooking classes and masterclasses that showcase his seasonally driven approach.
Dining unfolds across the island throughout the week, from open-air seafood markets set on the sand to chocolate egg-making and sushi workshops designed for families to enjoy together. Easter Sunday is marked with a celebratory breakfast and a beachside dinner, complemented by a curated wine selection and limited-edition seasonal cocktails available across select venues.
At Iridium Spa, Easter is expressed through restorative treatments designed for both adults and families. Signature massage and facial pairings sit alongside tailored family spa experiences, allowing parents and children to enjoy time together in a tranquil setting.
For younger guests, the Children’s Club hosts a daily programme inspired by island life, with activities ranging from marine biology workshops and creative crafts to beach games and festive Easter events. Teenagers aged 13–17 are welcomed into the Vommuli Society, where photography sessions, fitness and wellbeing classes, sustainability workshops and dedicated social spaces offer independence within a structured environment.
Bringing together island adventures, guest-led experiences and considered family programming, The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort’s Easter 2026 celebrations offer a refined setting for multi-generational travel and shared family experiences.
Best at Travel (www.bestattravel.co.uk; 02039931689) offers 7 nights’ bed and breakfast from £7,199pp (inc. flights & transfers) from 26th March 2026 to 20th April 2026.
