IMG Trust Company appoints Colin Maltby as UK-Based consultant to expand international reach
Based in London, Colin will act on behalf of IMG Trust to support clients and advisors seeking thoughtful offshore structuring solutions, with a particular focus on the UK, European and LatAm based clients.

Colin is an experienced lawyer who brings over 25 years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, corporations and their advisors on cross-border trust and corporate structuring.
His background spans law, banking, and trust administration, with previous senior roles at UBS, Coutts, and Theodore Goddard.
He is the founder of Maltby Capital, a specialist legal advisory firm with offices in London, Buenos Aires, and Cyprus, known for delivering clear, pragmatic solutions in complex scenarios.
