Former CEO at Barclays Private Bank & Overseas Services now Head of the Institutional business of Lloyds Banking Group

Lisa Francis is now Head of the Institutional business of Lloyds Banking Group as of July 2023 developing and executing a global client base covering Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Wealth management, SSAs, Insurance, financial sponsors and Banking client base across CIB and our markets division. Prior to joining Barclays in 2012, I spent 12 years at RBS where I was Head of European FX Sales and Global Head of Event-Driven FX business. I started my career at NatWest within the Corporate & Investment Banking division, and has held positions in Sales, Risk and Coverage across the UK and US.
Lisa Francis was previously appointed CEO, Private Bank, UK and Ireland at Barclays Private Bank. She moved from the Investment Bank, where she was head of European corporate FX sales distribution, covering corporate, private equity and fintech clients across Europe and the UK. She represented Barclays on the Steering Committee for the 30% Club.
