Druces announces two new partners and other senior promotions
Druces is pleased to announce that Caroline Cropley and Benjamin Lomer are promoted to the partnership. Matt Duncan, partner, becomes Head of Private Wealth.

Caroline Cropley becomes a partner within the Corporate team and Benjamin Lomer – Head of Property Litigation – joins the partnership in the wider Dispute Resolution team. Benjamin joined Druces in 2004 and quickly developed a specialism and skill in real estate dispute resolution. Caroline has established herself as an expert in the field of corporate restructuring and will continue her
work in this area.
In the Private Wealth team Matt Duncan is promoted to Head of Private Wealth in succession to Robert Macro. Alongside these partner appointments, Druces is also celebrating other promotions. Michelle Goodrum, senior associate, becomes Head of Enfranchisement within the Real Estate team and, within the Corporate team, Mark Lamph is promoted to senior associate.
