Chef Series: Theo Randall & Jack Stein
On Thursday 15 October, Theo Randall will welcome chef Jack Stein to Theo Randall Cucina Italiana for a collaboration bringing together the best of Cornish seafood and Italian cooking.

As Chef Director of the Rick Stein restaurants, Jack is known for a modern approach to cooking shaped by a passion for fresh, sustainable Cornish seafood. Drawing on international influences, he brings a distinctive perspective to some of Britain’s finest coastal ingredients.
For this special dinner, Jack Stein will bring a Cornish touch to Theo’s distinctive Italian style. Guests will begin with Jack’s sea bass crudo with verbena and apple, followed by Theo’s handmade pansotti filled with slow-cooked duck, porcini, thyme and butter sauce. Jack will then serve brill with truffle and trotter, before Theo concludes the evening with his chocolate and coffee tart with Vin Santo gelato. Each course will be accompanied by a carefully curated wine pairing, completing this four-course collaboration between the two chefs.
Tickets are priced at £180 per person, including wine pairings.
All three sections of the restaurant will be used
