Step into a world where the boundary between audience and art dissolves. Curated in partnership with ONE HUNDRED, part of the creative force behind Arcane Immersive and Punchdrunk’s Sleep No More. Transforming each House in Hong Kong, Chengdu, and Shanghai into a living stage where imagination and intimacy unfold.
Three Cities, Three Stories, Three Weekends
Spanning three weekends in October, WITHIN unveils itself across three distinct Houses. A dreamy experience in a peaceful sanctuary in the sky, a journey through a hidden garden, and an exploration of secret encounters and curiosities – each House has a story to tell.

The Creators
Working across Shanghai, London, and New York, ONE HUNDRED creates immersive worlds where stories, character and theatre come together to present powerful, transformative experiences.
Conor Doyle
Artistic Director, Director and Choreographer
Conor is an internationally recognised theatre director and core creative behind Sleep No More, having originated the Male Witch role in New York and directed the Shanghai production. He is currently the Director of Arcane Immersive, the world’s first live adaptation of Riot Games’ acclaimed series.
Oliver Sayer
Creative Director, Director and Choreographer
Oliver is an immersive theatre maker and choreographer who played Macbeth in Sleep No More Shanghai after performing in the New York edition. Currently the Choreographer and Movement Director for Arcane Immersive, he directs movement for global luxury brands and art institutions.
Tiffany Zhang
Executive Producer
Tiffany is an executive producer specialising in large-scale cultural experiences and immersive theatre, previously serving as Director of Innovation and Production for Sleep No More Shanghai. She has also led international cultural projects and high-profile luxury brand collaborations across the US and China.
Lan Bin
Production Designer
Lan is a Shanghai-based production designer and Scenic Design Consultant for Sleep No More Shanghai since 2016. A longstanding creative collaborator with ONE HUNDRED, he creates immersive experiences for theatrical productions – including Narcissus, The Ten Gifts, and Smoke and Mirrors – as well as luxury brands such as Valentino, Stella McCartney and Mytheresa.
ART ENCOUNTERS by Upper House
Launched in 2019, our signature art programme celebrates the power of cross-cultural collaboration. We invite global creators to draw inspiration from our House cities, exploring everything from multimedia and technology to live performance. Every edition is an invitation to experiment with the unfamiliar, whilst honouring the unique cultural identity of the places we call home.
