Emily Dreas a Managing Director and the Senior Market Executive for Bank of America Private Bank in New York, New York. Emily leads a team of over 250 high-performing colleagues and Associates who work in concert to deliver deeply customized wealth strategy, advice, and service to an accomplished clientele. She helps to ensure that the firm’s private and institutional clients receive the highest caliber of integrated investment and wealth management, drawing on an expansive suite of capabilities, enterprise wide.

Emily’s areas of focus include communicating the strategic priorities of the Market; attracting and developing premier advisory talent; identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement; connecting her team to the resources and technology that can help them thrive in their roles; and collaborating with senior leaders to support and sustain a culture of excellence. Her background in banking, investing, and wealth transfer intensifies Emily’s ability to streamline decision making and promote effective collaboration.

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) Emily served as the Head of Client Development at Fiduciary Trust Company International, where she led a team of wealth directors focused on complex trust and investment planning. She was also responsible for strategic growth priorities including M&A, Next Gen, and Family offices. Additionally, Emily served on both the operating and management committees. Previously, she led the Private Bank for Wells Fargo Connecticut, managing a group of over 100 investment, trust, brokerage and credit leaders, and their subsequent teams across the Connecticut footprint from Greenwich to Hartford. She also held positions as Regional Investment Manager and Investment Strategy Specialist for the Northeast. Emily also served in London as an Investment Director with Citigroup Asset Management, representing alternative and traditional investments to its Private Bank clients in Southern Europe.

Emily received a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University Cum Laude. She currently supports a number of philanthropic endeavors and is a member of YPO, where she’s active in the Wealth Management vertical. She lives in Rowayton, Connecticut with her husband and three children.
