Sarah Bartram-Lora Reina, Head of Client Intermediaries at IQ-EQ Jersey and former President of the Jersey Association of Trust Companies.

Sarah was President of the Jersey Association of Trust Companies May 2021 to May 2025 and is Chair of the Jersey Charity Tribunal since 2018.

Sarah is a Chartered Associate of The London Foundation for Banking and Finance, affiliate member of Society of Trust and Estate practitioners (STEP), and a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Sarah Bartram-Lora Reina has made a lasting impact on Jersey’s trust industry. Her leadership continues to shape the island’s fiduciary landscape. Her work with the Jersey Charity Tribunal, JATCo and professional bodies like LIBF, STEP and the IoD reflects her deep commitment to excellence and service.

Sarah and I worked together on a successful trust application to the Royal Court of Jersey for relief under the principles of "Mistake" and "Hastings Bass". The application required extensive analysis of the complex underlying factual matrix and the assessment of the legal merits/principles, whilst at the same time working with the beneficiaries and other advisers to ensure that they were supportive of the trustee's actions. In this regard, Sarah drew on her extensive experience, demonstrating the highest professional standards coupled with a calm and assured presence. She was responsive and commercial in her approach, with the capability to deal prudently with all of the challenges and pressures presented by this matter.
