BNP Paribas signs La Mutuelle Générale on its data management platform Manaos
BNP Paribas’ Securities Services business announced that La Mutuelle Générale, a major player in health and retirement insurance in France, has selected Manaos, a BNP Paribas data management platform, for its ESG data collection and reporting needs.

As part of the mandate, La Mutuelle Générale will use Manaos for the production of financial reports on climate and biodiversity. These reports will serve as dashboards for La Mutuelle Générale to monitor its financial investments and draft its regulatory reports Article 29 LEC (Energy Climate Law), DPEF (Extra-Financial Performance Declaration), and ultimately CSDR (Central Securities Depositary Regulation).
The new mandate expands the existing relationship between La Mutuelle Générale and BNP Paribas’ Securities Services business, which has included global custody services and financing solutions since 2004.
Manaos, a BNP Paribas investment services platform, offers a range of value-added services to more than 150 clients (institutional investors and asset managers), from portfolio look-through to proprietary or regulatory reporting. Its open-architecture platform, providing access to a growing range of ESG data and analytical tools, now counts more than 15 data providers, 120 applications and 30,000 indicators.
Matthieu Esposito, Investments and Treasury Director at La Mutuelle Générale, said: “We are delighted to start this mandate with Manaos. This fully aligns with the proactive CSR policy of La Mutuelle Générale, who is committed to supporting ecological and social transition through its investments.”
Franck Delbès, CEO, Manaos, stated: “At Manaos, we are dedicated to facilitating accurate and reliable ESG data collection and reporting for our clients, which is crucial for an active player in the local and solidarity-based economy such as La Mutuelle Générale. In a changing regulatory landscape, we are committed to support our clients in their sustainable strategies.”
Laura Vitagliano, Head of Sustainable Finance Strategy Client Engagement, Securities Services, BNP Paribas, commented: “We are grateful for such renewed confidence from La Mutuelle Générale — a long-time client of Securities Services. Supporting La Mutuelle Générale in its ESG strategy is a testament to the relevance and complementarity of Manaos’ offering in BNP Paribas’ integrated banking model.”
