Sushisamba ‘levels up’ with new Samba Room
Opening on Heron Tower’s 39th floor, the Samba Room provides a new way of enjoying Sushisamba’s stunning views over London. Complete with a ‘see-it-to-believe-it’ centrepiece, the private dining opportunity offered by this new space is the standout.

This spring, the team behind SUSHISAMBA will open Samba Room, a new bar, lounge and private dining room complete with a mirrored walkway and a strikingly designed private dining room boasting unparalleled views over the London skyline. With a decade of defining sky high dining in the capital under its belt already, SUSHISAMBA’s new bar and lounge, located on the 39th floor of Heron Tower, will bring the brand’s famed Brazilian energy and spirit to a new space.
Designed by Fabled Studio, the 2500sq. ft. South American-inspired Samba Room will feature a gilded canopy entrance, leading into a mirrored walkway that reveals the stunning sky bar. Distinguished by its soft curves, dazzling liquor display, intricately carved wood, and breathtaking London views, the bar will focus on a new and unique cocktail experience.
Adjacent to the bar is a versatile lounge and private events space illuminated by the East London skyline and adorned with retro furniture that embodies the mid-century Brazilian aesthetic, vibrant orange and copper tones, tropical wood and rich textures. This unique space seamlessly transforms into an intimate private dining room with a touch of theatrical flair by artfully suspending a custom-designed sculptural table from its ceiling; a show-stopping centrepiece that accommodates up to 26 guests for intimate dinners, lunches and celebrations.
Group CEO Omar Gutierrez commented: “Since its inception in 2012, Sushisamba Heron Tower has redefined the City of London. The Samba Room represents the evolution of the brand and ignites our creativity even further — a one-of-a-kind space where exceptional design and breathtaking views meet exquisite cocktails and unparalleled service… As our global presence grows and we unveil new Sushisambas worldwide, it is imperative that our London flagship upholds the standards our clientele has come to expect.”
Show rounds will be available in early April, with the opening scheduled for late April/early May.
