I have met many solicitors in the past and many of them are mediocre at best. Sundeep on the other hand, is the 'ultimate solicitor. What do I mean by 'ultimate'' Sundeep is professional, honest, ambitious and thoughtful. He assisted my wife with her spouse application and the British citizenship application for our daughter. He went above and beyond for all our immigration applications and made the process feel so seamless. Sundeep is a fountain of knowledge, a real delight to work with and a top immigration solicitor. My only issue now is I can no longer work with any other solicitor as Sundeep set the standard way too high!

Settled Status obtained for UHNW despite issue with absences
We were instructed to assist a UHNW with an application for Settled Status under the EU Settlement Scheme following several failed applications. The case concerned a very well-known entrepreneur and investor that had made a major contribution to the UK through his residence. Unfortunately, given the profile of the individual, his absences from the UK were extremely high and UK Visas and Immigration were unable to confirm a period of residence in the UK which would lead to a grant of settlement. We assisted the client with putting together various documentation and made representations to UKVI arguing discretion should be exercised regarding the excess absences.
Our client‘s application was approved within a week of representations being received by UKVI.
This resulted in our client being allowed to remain in the UK where they continue to make a positive contribution to the UK.
