Scott is General Counsel & Chief Fiduciary Officer of Willow Street, an independent affiliate of Pathstone, where he concurrently serves as Chief Fiduciary Officer. Scott is a member of the Willow Street Board, chairs its Trust Committee, and leads the firm’s legal and compliance function. He serves on client private trust company boards and fiduciary committees and as a thought partner to current and prospective Willow Street clients. He was a founding Director of the Wyoming Trust Association and continues to serve via its Legislative Committee. Scott is a TEP with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
