I have worked with Paula for many years and having recently assumed responsibility for the wider Tax, Trusts & Estates team at Irwin Mitchell, she has made a really positive impact. Paula, took on a difficult case that two other law firms did not. Her advice from the outset was very practical and pragmatic. She was expert at dealing with the lawyers representing the 'other side' and her responses to their letters were masterful, polite, yet very, very firm, leaving the opposing side in no doubt what the situation was. She also was more up to date in terms of current legal cases and case law relating to my issue.
