Facilitating an Emerging Art’s Leader’s Visa

We were instructed in connection with an application for a Tier 1 Exceptional Promise visa for an emerging leader in the field of music and musical production. In order to satisfy the criteria for this particular visa we were required to secure a number of endorsements from prominent individuals in the music industry who could support our client‘s application. Our client has recently come to the attention of a number of high profile individuals in the music business and following his climb to prominence in the US throughout 2017, he has now received the backing of a number of musicians and producers in the UK who wish to work on musical collaborations with him. We submitted the application to the Arts Council for endorsement, together with all the necessary testimonials and I am pleased to say that the Arts Council has now confirmed that our client has met its criteria and therefore the Home Office has been able to approve our client for a Tier 1 Exceptional Promise visa. This means our client can travel to the UK to continue his exciting musical career.
