Katherine Pymont recently acted for the executors and trustees of a large estate with significant multi-jurisdictional assets in a breach of trust claim issued in the High Court (valued at £500 million) by one of the beneficiaries. The allegations made included fraud, misappropriation of monies and breach of fiduciary duties. There have been multiple interim application hearings and the clients have succeeded on each occasion. The claimant has recently discontinued her claim.
