As a senior associate in Ogier’s Dispute Resolution team, Jordan regularly advises corporate and individual clients, fiduciaries and leading onshore lawyers on a wide range of contentious issues. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, insolvency, trust, fund disputes and financial services claims which often contain elements of fraud and breach of duty.
Jordan is part of Ogier’s multi-disciplinary Restructuring and Insolvency team and has experience advising stakeholders both outside of and within formal insolvency procedures, usually with a cross-border element.
Additionally, as part of Ogier’s multi-disciplinary Trusts Advisory Group, Jordan advises leading fiduciaries, trust office holders and high net worth individuals on contentious and non-contentious private client issues.
Before joining Ogier, Jordan worked for a leading offshore law firm where he worked on complex, high-value litigation before first instance and appellate courts, and assisted onshore lawyers with complex cross-border litigation. He trained in London, gaining Civil Higher Rights of Audience in 2016.
Jordan is an associate member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
