A dual-qualified French lawyer (Avocat) and English Solicitor, Frederic has more than 20 years’ experience advising international private clients, entrepreneurs, family offices and trustees on cross-border tax, wealth structuring and private capital matters.
He previously practised with leading international firms in Paris, London and Monaco, including Andersen Legal, BDO, Grant Thornton, Lawrence Graham and Gowling WLG, where he was a Partner.
Today, Frederic focuses exclusively on corporate services in Monaco. Square Services assists international clients with the establishment and ongoing administration of Monegasque structures, offering a fully integrated service covering company formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, accounting coordination, beneficial ownership matters and ongoing corporate administration.
