Debbie Bing

Debbie Bing is President and Principal of CFAR (Center for Applied Research). A secondgeneration owner of the firm, she draws on personal experience to guide families,entrepreneurial companies, universities, and foundations through strategic and succession
dilemmas. Debbie treats conflict as a productive starting point, helping leaders make decisions and commit to change in politicized, emotionally charged environments. As Board Chair of the Family Firm Institute, she holds its Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising and a Master’s in International Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts. Debbie frequently speaks on issues related to family enterprises.
