Claire has been working on our company's audits since 2014 and has made a great effort to understand the peculiarities of running a small utility company in an isolated island community. To that end, she has always provided superb technical advice and support, and in particular guiding us through the transition to FRS102 (Section 1A). Claire provides advice in a timely manner of new accounting standards that maybe relevant to the company. She is easy to work with, responds quickly to queries and is someone we can rely on. As her career has progressed, she has passed on her enthusiasm and bespoke technical knowledge of our company's requirements to new members of her audit team, and ensured that we continue to receive an excellent continuity of service from Saffery Champness.
