Originally from  the Isle of Man and now based in Miami, Andy is CEO and Shareholder of Affinity Group. Affinity is a leading service provider with offices in the Isle of Man, Malta, Cayman Islands, USA, UK and Cyprus.

Affinity administer a wide range of Trust and Corporate ownership structures and possess a wealth of expertise in areas such as Yachting, Aviation, Sports, Digital Assets, FinTech, E-Gaming and general Trust and Company Administration. Affinity has won multiple awards including Trust Company of the Year – Isle of Man at the Citywealth IFC Awards (2022, 2024) and Best Employer – Career Progression at the Future Leaders Awards 2022. Andy was awarded Outstanding Individual of the Year at the Citywealth IFC Awards in 2023.  Andy has worked in the Corporate and Trust Service Sectors for over 20 years. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a Fellow of the International Compliance Association (ICA) and also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree.

Andy has sat on several industry boards including the Isle of Man Association of Corporate Service Providers and the Isle of Man’s e-Gaming Strategic Advisory Board.

Case Studies

Licensing new companies to expand into the Isle of Man

Affinity assisted with the formation of an Isle of Man entity for a large organisation that wanted to provide its own corporate service offering in the Isle of Man. This was achieved through Affinity taking the Company through the process of obtaining its own Class 4 (Corporate Services) licence in the Isle of Man as part of this process Affinity became a Class 7 (Management and Administration) licence holder. Andy oversaw the client relationship personally, taking on the position of Director from its formation in 2012. Andy became an invaluable contact for this organisation which has gone on to grow into a large organisation with a sizable workforce in the Isle of Man.
