Kate is a highly regarded financial remedies specialist with over a decade of experience advising on complex divorce and separation cases, often involving high and ultra-high net worth clients.

She is recognised for her meticulous preparation, strategic insight, and her ability to resolve disputes through both robust litigation and NCDR. Kate also advises on nuptial agreements, children matters, and financial provision for children: these areas complementing her core expertise in financial litigation. She is also a Resolution-trained mediator.
Regularly ranked in Chambers and Legal 500, Kate has been described as having “a fist of iron in a velvet glove” and as a “no stone left unturned lawyer”. She won Family Lawyer of the Year – Partner (Gold) at the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards in 2022 and was named as a NextGen Leader by eprivateclient in 2023. Kate continues to be ranked as ‘Recommended’ in Spear’s 500.
