As AGM season continues, Clarity AI shares a stat on board gender diversity showing that worldwide only 4.1% of Boards of Directors are made up of 50% or more women.

Worldwide only 4.1% of Boards of Directors are made up of 50% or more women. Additionally, 17.2% of Boards have no female members, and 56.5% of companies’ Boards are made up of less than 25% women.

Private contributor Sir Jonathan Ive, Chancellor of the Royal College of Art and former Chief Design Officer at Apple, also contributed to the round. Additional existing investors include Deutsche Boerse, Kibo Ventures, Mundi Ventures, Seaya Ventures and Founders Fund.
