Penningtons goes global in third edition of Context
The latest edition of Penningtons Manches Cooper’s Context magazine considers how rapid globalisation is affecting the wealth industry, from surrogacy to online safety and sustainable investing.

Issue 3 considers examples of the industry’s ability to reimagine yesterday’s normal. The summary of the newest issue says: “In such a fast-changing world, where its citizens and their assets (and threats to both) are more global than ever before, jurisdictions that successfully attract investment will do so on the back of a reputation for stability and the rule of law – but also for innovation.”
The edition contains six articles, discussing everything from how cultural attitudes towards having children are changing faster than the law is able to adapt, to expert advice on developing a philanthropic giving strategy. For UHNW individuals, or those who have them as clients, the articles on reasons for relocation, combatting cybersecurity risks, and making informed decisions when sustainably investing will be of particular interest.
For those in the crypto sphere, Penningtons’ Partner and crypto specialist Charlotte Hill discusses the long-term viability of the blockchain ecosystem and the trends and changes on the way in her article ‘Another Blow for Crypto?’
