Suzanne comes with more than 30 years of family law experience and moves from Withers where she was a partner.

Suzanne is well known and respected for her expertise in the resolution of complex financial issues for high net worth individuals, including leading businesspeople and entrepreneurs, entertainers and sports people. Many of her cases have an international element and she often advises on multi-jurisdictional pre and post-nups.

Suzanne was integral in bringing arbitration in family law in this jurisdiction and has been described as “the queen of arbitration”. This expertise and experience, which includes a real focus on resolution methods like arbitration, collaborative law and meditation, complements the Mills & Reeve family team which is well known for its strong client care skills, collaborative culture and commitment to all forms of dispute resolution.
