What does a typical day look like for you?
Without trying to be smart, there is no such thing as a typical day
Tell us about some recent, interesting client instructions.
Unfortunately, I don’t service clients directly these days. I did attend the wedding of a client (now friend’s) daughter in Majorca recently, nearly 20 years since we first met. We enjoyed reminiscing about the experience of working together to scale his business.
What challenges do your clients face and how are you helping your clients to overcome them?
Be proactive and understand the world from their perspective, in good times or bad.
What is your proudest professional achievement?
Proudest achievement – making all JTC employees owners of the business and sharing the successes we have with them.
What do you consider to be the most important attributes for a leader?
Humility.
Who do you most admire and why?
Michael Jordan (the Chicago Bulls’ famous number 23) and his ability to deliver results when most required.
Where was the last place you travelled to for work or pleasure?
I’m currently at the JTC Global offsite in West Sussex
If you weren’t in this industry, what else might you be doing?
Footballer (but that was never happening).
How do you relax after a long day?
A glass of red wine
