Elizabeth Neale promoted to head of private wealth at Bircham Dyson Bell (now Broadfield Law)
Elizabeth Neale has been appointed as head of BDB private wealth department, now Broadfield Law, in succession to Helen Ratcliffe, who has stepped down from the role after five and a half years. Other changes include the appointment of Matt Braithwaite as partner, Simon Weil, formerly a partner in the charities team, returning to the department to support the firm’s international offering and the appointment of Geoff Kertesz as head of the firm’s wills and trusts disputes team.
Elizabeth Neale is a Partner at Broadfield (formerly BDB Pitmans / Bircham Dyson Bell) practising in the Private Wealth department.
Her specialisms include tax, probate, trusts, and will & estate planning, with significant experience in complex probates that involve international dimensions.
Her client base is varied: UK families (including those with non-UK domiciles), inherited wealth, city professionals, artists and lottery winners.
