Alex is a Private Banker and Nedbank Private Wealth. He moved straight into the banking industry from university, after studying Business Management and Economics. He took a break from work to travel in 2015 before joining Nedbank the following year, where he supported the UK-based wealth managers. He then moved to another UK private bank, Kleinwort Hambros in 2018 and gained qualifications whilst supporting U/HNW clients for 4 years, before returning to Nedbank in 2022.
He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment with nine years’ experience in the banking industry. Alex provides clients with a high standard of service and offers advice across the full suite of wealth management and private banking solutions, aiming to ensure they have a wealth plan in place to help them achieve their financial goals and aspirations.

Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Gintare’s expertise spans across diverse areas of trust and company management. With a distinguished career that includes work at renowned trust companies, Gintare has grown her expertise and garnered a wealth of experience in the intricate world of trust management. Currently, Gintare serves as a dedicated professional at Guardian Trust Company Limited, where she continues to excel in her role and contribute her wealth of knowledge to her clients and colleagues alike.
Gintare is a lifelong learner, holding the prestigious designation of being a fully TEP qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is also actively engaged in furthering her knowledge by pursuing postgraduate studies in Wealth Advice, ensuring that she remains at the forefront of her industry’s ever-evolving landscape. Holly Hill, Senior Associate, John Lamb Hill Oldridge

Holly Hill
Holly is a Senior Associate at John Lamb Hill Oldridge, a specialist insurance brokerage which arranges and manages complex life covers in both the UK and international markets. With an understanding of estate management, her advice covers all aspects of a client’s insurance requirements with a specific focus on IHT planning.
Holly recently won a Citywealth Future Leaders Award and was a finalist in the insurance industry’s Rising Star category at the Cover Awards.
She holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, has degree from Downing College, Cambridge in Human, Social and Political Sciences and is currently working towards becoming STEP qualified. Previously, Holly spent 10 years competing for Great Britain as an international rower.
Kristina Volodeva, Partner, Rawlinson & Hunter

Kristina Volodeva
Kristina has extensive experience in advising High and Ultra High Net Worth individuals on a wide range of private client matters. Her client base comprises both UK and non-UK domiciled, typically internationally mobile, individuals who have worldwide business interests and, more often than not, are settlors and/or beneficiaries of non-UK trusts. She is also experienced in advising trustees of UK and non-UK trusts on any UK tax reporting and payment obligations they may have.
Kristina has coordinated a number of multi-jurisdictional projects, helping manage the tax exposure and complying with the reporting requirements on relocation to and from the UK, structuring investment and real estate ownership, and succession planning. She takes a holistic approach to her clients’ affairs and is used to working closely with their lawyers, trustees and other advisers to provide the tax support her clients require in order to achieve their personal and commercial aspirations. Kristina’s strength and versatility when tackling cross-border complexities and her ability to deliver composite income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax planning solutions in an easily digestible format have always been greatly appreciated by her clients.
Kristina began her career at Deloitte, where she qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser, and subsequently moved to RSM. She holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Exeter and an MSc from the University of Bristol. Kristina has been included in The Spear’s 500 in 2021 and 2022 and more recently in their 2023 ranking as one of the top recommended accountants and tax advisers to the HNW individuals. In 2023, Kristina has also been included in Private Client Global Elite, a prestigious peer-nominated directory of the world’s leading advisers to UHNW clients.
Laura Langton, Investment Manager, JM Finn

Laura Langton
Laura Langton is an Investment Manager at JM Finn, specialising in private client portfolio management. Laura joined JM Finn in September 2017 after graduating with a 2:1 in History from Lancaster University. She completed the Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification in February 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Collectives Team, focussing on the US. Laura also sits on the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments Young Professionals Network committee and actively promotes diversity and inclusion within the financial services industry. Outside of work, Laura has a keen interest in sport, including netball, skiing and rowing and is undertaking a 3,000 mile row from the Canary Islands to Antigua as part of the World’s Toughest Row – Atlantic in December 2023.
Oliver Little, Senior Associate, Charles Russell Speechlys

Oliver Little
Oliver provides advice to UK and non-UK individuals, families, trustees and beneficiaries regarding taxation, trust and estate planning matters. He has a particular focus in advising high-net-worth individuals to coordinate their tax and estate planning across multiple jurisdictions, including the application of the statutory residence test for clients who are either moving to or leaving the UK. In addition, Oliver has particular expertise on the tax-efficient structuring of UK property ownership.
Oliver is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

Peter Grant, Portfolio Manager, Waverton Investment Management

Peter Grant
Peter is a portfolio manager specialising in running portfolios for private clients, trusts, pensions and associated portfolios. Peter holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax For International Clients and sits on the International Client Team.
He joined Waverton in 2021 having previously been with Smith & Williamson where he worked in both the Glasgow and London offices and sat in the research teams for both the Industrial & Capital Goods sectors and US collective investments.
Peter is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and graduated with a degree in History from the University of Aberdeen. Peter was previously included in Citywire’s Top 30 under 30 which identifies emerging talent within the industry. Peter sits on the CISI’s Integrity & Ethics Committee.
Racheal Muldoon, Barrister, Charles Russell Speechlys

Racheal Muldoon
Racheal is a barrister recognised internationally for her ‘Technology Law’ expertise encompassing a broad array of legal aspects concerning Web 3.0, digital assets, data, and artificial intelligence (AI). Her career highlights to date include:
(i) securing the World’s first injunction to freeze misappropriated non-fungible tokens (NFTs);
(ii) securing service of legal documents by NFT – a first in England and Wales and only the second in the World;
(iii) representing an overseas institutional client in the FTX insolvency – Racheal’s second cryptocurrency exchange insolvency instructions since 2019;
(iv) representing Dr Craig Wright in the single highest-value intellectual property digital currency claim to date;
(v) acting on behalf of several large data protection classes in class actions; and
(vi) advising a leading international auction house on its first NFT auction.
Sanmari Crous, Business Development Manager, Standard Bank Group

Sanmari Crous
Sanmari Crous is a Business Development Manager for Standard Bank’s International Fiduciary Services in Jersey, with a focus on private client and corporate structures with a South African nexus. Using her background and expertise in private client and cross-border planning for South African families, she manages a select portfolio of fiduciary relationships and supports the business’s growth strategies. Sanmari moved to Jersey from South Africa in 2019 with a boutique international law firm, where she advised prominent trust companies in Jersey on cross-border South African tax matters. Prior to this, she worked at a South African trust company as a tax and legal compliance consultant, assisting high net-worth individuals with tax and exchange control regularisation and cross-border planning. Since joining Standard Bank’s trust business in 2022, Sanmari has been providing technical support for South African connected fiduciary structures, raising the business’s profile, and supporting its growth strategies.
A South African qualified lawyer, Certified Financial Planner, and qualified STEP practitioner, Sanmari has been named as a Channel Islands Top 35 under 35 and a NextGen Leader by eprivateclient. She has BComm LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch, a post-graduate diploma in financial planning from the University of Free State, and a STEP Diploma in cross-border advising.
