Tell Citywealth readers a bit about your role. 

I am part of a team dealing with all aspects of trusts, tax and estate work.

What does a typical day look like for you? 

Busy but varied.

Tell us about some recent, interesting client instructions/requests you have received.

Will instructions where the testator wished to leave the estate to relatives but include a clause to exclude any of them if they had been convicted of murder or attempted murder regardless of who the victim was.

What challenges do your clients face and how are you helping your clients to overcome them? Probate/HMRC delays, changes in tax thresholds, pension issues and family dynamics. Providing sound bespoke advice and signposting where necessary.

What is your proudest professional achievement?

Being a working mother.

What do you consider to be the most important attributes for a leader?

Integrity and humility

Who do you most admire and why?

Marie Curie amongst others for her work championing the use of radiation in medicine.

Where was the last place you travelled to for work or pleasure?

Rome.

Dancing in a flash mob!
