Championing Women in Wealth: Citywealth Powerwomen Awards Open for Entries
Citywealth’s Powerwomen Awards – USA & International are back, recognising women leaders, rising stars, male allies, and inclusive employers across global financial services.
Citywealth is calling for entries for its annual Powerwomen Awards – USA & International, an initiative that shines a light on the achievements of women in the financial services sector. The deadline for nominations is 1st August 2025.
Now in its 15th year, the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards recognise women in leadership and rising stars across the private wealth ecosystem – from law and accountancy to investment management and trust services. The awards are global in scope, with categories for professionals based in North America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
The awards also take a broader view of progress in the industry. While women remain at the heart of the programme, male allies – mentors and champions of female leadership – are celebrated too. In addition, the awards honour companies demonstrating forward-thinking initiatives in recruitment, retention, and equality, with a particular emphasis on creating inclusive workplaces.
Karen Jones, Editor of Citywealth and Founder of the Powerwomen Awards, said: “The Powerwomen Awards were created not only to celebrate success but to support the women behind that success. By sharing their stories and achievements, we aim to inspire the next generation and accelerate change across financial services globally.”
Previous winners and finalists have included senior leaders at global institutions, pioneering entrepreneurs, and change-makers who have helped reshape their companies’ culture from within.
The awards offer a unique opportunity to gain recognition among peers, highlight DEI initiatives, and build brand visibility in a competitive marketplace. Finalists will be profiled on Citywealth’s channels and invited to join an exclusive ceremony later this year, bringing together leaders from across the world of private wealth.
Nominations are open to individuals, teams, and companies. The entry process is straightforward and takes only a few minutes to complete.
