Cavenwell Group and Hiizzy forge Tokenization partnership
Cavenwell Group, an award winning digitally enabled capital structuring and administration services firm headquartered in Dubai with offices in Abu Dhabi and Jersey, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hiizzy, an award winning property technology platform, to collaborate on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) in real estate.

The partnership brings together Cavenwell’s capital structuring and digital asset expertise with Hiizzy’s technology in real estate. The collaboration aims to make property investment more liquid, transparent, and accessible, advancing the integration of traditional asset classes into the digital economy.
“Tokenization represents one of the most significant structural shifts in global capital markets,” said Andrew Horbury, Group CEO of Cavenwell Group. “By combining Hiizzy’s technological innovation with Cavenwell’s regulatory infrastructure and capital administration experience, we can help transform how investors engage with real estate, unlocking new forms of liquidity, access, and trust.”
Allan Wood, Co-Founder of Hiizzy, said: “This partnership embodies the next evolution of property investment where technology and expertise converge to create seamless, global participation in real estate.”
As part of the collaboration, Cavenwell and Hiizzy will co-host a webinar in January 2026 to explore the future of tokenized real estate, including regulatory insights, market potential, and real-world pilot projects currently under development.
