Searching for a new post-work spot as the weather warms up? This summer, fine dining favourite Yauatcha launches its new ‘Beer & Bao’ offering, with Asahi Super Dry, only at its City location.
From Tuesday 23rd April until Tuesday 22nd October, Yauatcha City is offering a limited edition ‘Beer & Bao’ combination for the summer, including an Asahi Super Dry and a choice of two bao for £15. The ultimate blend of flavours and refreshment on a warm, sunny day.
Exclusively available at Yauatcha City in Broadgate Circle, the beer and bao pairing creates a harmonious balance between the light, crisp characteristics of Asahi Super Dry which complement the rich and savoury flavours of the bao.
Guests can choose from a variety of delicious fillings in their soft pillowy bao, including char sui honey roasted pork, soft shell crab with spicy mayo sauce and foraged mushroom with black truffle alongside a refreshing beer, choosing between an Asahi Super Dry or alcohol-free, Asahi Super Dry 0.0%.
The Chinese-Japanese collaboration will be celebrated in the serve of the beer and bao combination with decorated bao baskets, menus and more, taking its inspiration from popular Chinese manhua and Japanese manga comics, narrating the illustrated idea that during the summer all you crave is to escape the office into the summer afternoon or night to enjoy delicious and comforting bao alongside a refreshing beer.
‘Beer & Bao’ can be enjoyed all day, providing a perfect lunchtime pick-me-up, a quick bite before catching the train home, or a great way to wind down after work. Available on both the upper and lower terraces, at the bar and from the lower ground floor patisserie at Yauatcha City.
