26 for 2026: Become a Founding Sponsor

Date: 25 Feb 2026

Karen Jones

In 2026, One Loud Voice for Women is launching something powerful: 1LV Thrive – a bold, peer-led community designed specifically for mid-career women at one of the most pivotal (and often overlooked) stages of their professional lives.

This is the point where talent is proven and ambition is strong – yet visibility, sponsorship and sustained support can fall away. 1LV Thrive exists to change that.

1LV Thrive is a living, learning community built on the belief that women thrive best when they are connected, confident and capable. It will bring women together across sectors through shared learning, expert support, practical insight and mutual encouragement – ensuring they are seen, heard and meaningfully resourced to move beyond survival and build long-term agency.

To launch it, we are inviting 26 leaders to become Founding Sponsors as part of our ‘26 for 2026’ Give to Gain campaign.

A donation of £1,000 will directly fund access for women to:

  • Peer-to-peer mentoring and coaching
  • Leadership development tailored to mid-career progression
  • Cross-sector networking and community events
  • A dedicated platform for shared learning and support
  • Practical resources and tools to navigate career challenges

As a Founding Sponsor, you will be helping to bring a transformative community to life and drive lasting, systemic change.

Be part of the founding cohort that launches this movement. Your contribution will create a ripple effect, empowering countless women for years to come.
