Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2026

The Awards for Emerging Talent and Future Leaders in the Wealth Management Sector
Citywealth is delighted to open its twelfth-year awards programme, our Future Leaders initiative, to champion young professionals in the wealth sector and highlight the leaders under forty of today and tomorrow. The philosophy of the contest is to support future leaders who excel at work but who also make an important contribution to society. Entries can be made either by individuals themselves or their employer and should include:
- A testimonial from direct supervisor
- Achievements for the past year
- CSR or sustainability projects involved in
- Promotions or qualifications attained in last year
Following a submission process, the awards are then judged by a panel of wealth management professionals in the private wealth management sector. An online public voting opens once the shortlist is announced to garner support from peers and raise the profile of the participants. The online voting counts for ten percent of the vote and will be taken into consideration by the judges when they make their final decision. The judges vote counts for ninety percent of the final outcome. All winners will be announced on the night at the awards.
