Citywealth is pleased to present its Top 50 Private Bankers, Investment Managers and Wealth Leaders 2026, expanding our annual private banking list to reflect the changing shape of the wealth management industry.
Private wealth is no longer managed within neat boundaries. For ultra high net worth clients, the relationship can extend across private banking, investment management, family office services, lending, philanthropy and succession. Increasingly, the people leading these relationships also sit at the top of wealth management businesses, shaping investment strategy, client service and the direction of the industry itself.
For 2026, Citywealth has therefore widened its selection beyond traditional private bankers to include leading investment managers and wealth leaders. The result is a broader group of 50 professionals working at the heart of private wealth, from established private banks and investment houses to independent and next generation wealth businesses.
The list includes professionals working with entrepreneurs, business owners, families, charities and landed estates, alongside senior figures responsible for investment management and the growth and leadership of wealth businesses.
As with Citywealth’s Top Lists, the selection draws on our research across the private wealth industry, including submissions, peer and client references and Citywealth’s wider industry knowledge. The aim is to highlight individuals whose expertise and current work make them noteworthy within the wealth management market.
