Kay is a highly accomplished financial services professional with over 25 years’ experience in senior client relationship leadership, stock exchange services, stockbroking and investment management. She works closely with Listing Agents, leading onshore and offshore law firms, advisers, issuers and institutional clients, supporting complex listings and capital markets transactions.

As Head of the Jersey office at The International Stock Exchange (TISE), Kay leads one of the Exchange’s most significant jurisdictions, driving senior stakeholder relationships, strategic direction and regulatory engagement. Since joining TISE in 2017, she has played a pivotal role in supporting sophisticated listings, from high yield bonds to securitisations.

Kay is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI, a Chartered Wealth Manager and a Member of the Institute of Directors. A recognised industry voice, she represents TISE internationally and has been recognised by Citywealth in its International Powerwomen Awards with the Silver Woman of the Year Award (2025), the Gold Woman of the Year Award (2026), and inclusion in the Top 100 International Powerwomen Leaders List (2026).
