She founded Citywealth in 2005 and her work as a Citywealth founder and CEO was recognised by multiple awards, having gained no less than eleven Stevie awards in total, with four gold awards amongst these – Female Entrepreneur of the Year (2017) , Most Innovative Woman of the Year – Business Services (2023) and Woman of the Year – Business Services (2024). The growing development of the Powerwomen Awards USA was recognised by another gold Stevie award in the Achievement in International Expansion category in 2024.

Karen’s contributions to business were also noted by the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry SME London Business Awards, presenting her with a silver Business Woman of the Year award in 2024.

Aidan is the Managing Director of JTC Trustees (Isle of Man) Limited, where he leads a team of 40+ professionals in the delivery of fiduciary services to their UHNWI client base. After 20 years with RBS / Coutts in London and the Isle of Man, he joined and co-founded Equiom Group where he served in several roles, including as C.O.O. of their Crown Dependencies offices.

Bringing together multi-disciplinary project teams with subject matter expertise Kennedy is able to advise on complex issues and work to implement them as one integrated team. Clients praise Kennedy for her commitment and ability to find practical and implementable solutions, providing direct and clear advice without arrogance and with the insight that comes from a decade working at a multi-disciplinary firm.

Kennedy advises on business change projects, including due diligence for acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations including the creation of service companies and group entity rationalisation projects. She leads on complex change in control applications, as well as large intra-group applications using technology to remove excess costs.

As well as advising existing regulated firms, Kennedy works closely with tax and accounting KPMG colleagues to help clients identify where they need to be authorised and regulated or where they can rely on exemptions to authorisation. Although this is a highly technical skillset Kennedy works as part of multi-disciplinary teams to get under the skin of the proposed business and help guide clients through authorisations.

Paige is an Associate within the firm’s Private Wealth Disputes team, which is renowned for its expertise in complex and high value litigation concerning families, their private wealth and associated professionals.

She advises on disputes concerning high net worth value trusts and estates, acting for private individuals, trustees (both individuals and trust companies) and other fiduciaries, such as executors, deputies and protectors. She often deals with cases which involve assets held in multiple jurisdictions and has recently been involved with cases in Guernsey, Jersey and Monaco.

Paige is also a member of ConTrA (the Contentious Trusts Association) and is currently studying the ACTAPS programme (the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists).

Saleem Sheikh specialises in international and offshore tax, arbitration and dispute resolution. He advises private individuals and corporate clients whose business and personal interests are international in nature.

Saleem became a partner in 1985 and was appointed senior partner in 2001. He attended the College of Law qualifying as a solicitor in 1983. Saleem is fluent in several languages, including Urdu, Punjabi, Kiswahili, Kachhi, Hindi and Gujerati. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the London Court of International Arbitration and the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers. He is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Vadim is integral to ZEDRA’s operations in Europe, serving as Country Head of Switzerland & Liechtenstein and is a member of the ZEDRA board in Switzerland.

With a background in corporate tax and administration alongside private wealth services across Europe, Vadim is ideally placed to support clients, drive commercial growth and oversee operations. With vast experience assisting corporates and private clients set-up and run overseas operations, he is responsible for driving growth in the DACH-L region.

Vadim advises a portfolio of international clients regarding all their Swiss and international corporate structures, including the set up and management of all the types of legal entities in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. He and his team also provide support to private clients regarding Trust structures, offshore vehicles and family foundations. Further, Vadim’s team supports the clients around all questions related to personal and operational bank accounts.

Prior to joining the firm, Vadim worked as a director for a well known corporate service provider in Zurich and was responsible for business development and a portfolio of international clients. Vadim has also worked as a corporate tax adviser for Deloitte in Zurich and KPMG in Frankfurt am Main.

He is fluent in German, Russian, English and Ukrainian. Vadim has a LL.M. degree in Swiss Tax Law and MAS in Global Management.
