Jessica Coutts steps up as Charterhouse Lombard’s Group CEO
Charterhouse Lombard is delighted to announce the appointment of Jessica Coutts as
Group CEO.

With over 20 years of experience at the company, Jessica has been a cornerstone of its operations and development. Her official tenure begins on 1st January 2025, and her leadership during this transition phase has already brought continuity and focus.
Jessica’s deep understanding of the Private Client sector, combined with her financial expertise and strategic insights, positions her well to lead the company. Her contributions have been instrumental in various areas, including overseeing the operations of the Isle of Man and Dubai offices and leading significant initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions.
Chris Broadhead will transition into a new role as Executive Chairman, where he will continue to serve as Chair of the Board and will contribute his wealth of experience and expertise in acquisitions and business development in a new reduced role.
